SHOTIME VIDEO: Ohtani hits first postseason, game-changing home run

The Shohei Ohtani hype is real. The global baseball superstar did not disappoint Dodgers fans in his first ever postseason appearance. Ohtani hit his first playoff home run bringing in three runs and tying the game with the Padres.

The Dodgers entered today 0-14 in their postseason history after trailing by 3+ runs thru the first inning but they didn’t have Shohei Ohtani those first 14 times…now they do,” posted @SlangsonSports.

Fans and sports analysts alike cannot get over how the phenom is playing the postseason at an elite level while still recovering from elbow surgery.

The Shohei Ohtani postseason is going to be one for the ages. Can we get those MVP chants started? MVP! MVP! MVP!
