VIDEO: ‘Magic Sho’ on live Dodgers game

It’s the ‘Magic Sho!” We are all watching baseball magic happen right before our eyes in the Ohtani Dodgers era.

During the live broadcast of the July 20 Red Sox at Dodgers game, sports commentators Joe Davis and Orel Hershiser unveil the latest mind-blowing stats of Dodgers Designated Hitter Shohei Ohtani. In a segment titled “Magic Sho,” the Japanese megastar appears as a magician dazzling viewers with his record-setting 2024 averages and season statistics.

Each ‘Magic Sho’ slide featured some of baseball’s most elite level of play this season. Check out the latest Shohei magic: his batting average, home runs, stolen bases, extra bases hit and his OPS for the last 25 games. With 29 home runs and 28 stolen bases, the global superstar is the only MLB player to be in the top ten of both. Voila, that’s ShoTime!
